It’s not too late Chapter 22

Last week I had my 8th IV Ozone treatment and I have 2 more treatments left to do before I have another Thermogram done. I’m excited to see the difference between the two as my first one had results that scared me. I have a feeling there is going to be much less red on the next thermogram.

It amazes me that doctors use fear to control their patients to the extent that they do, I knew it was bad, society talks about it, conspiracy theorists talk about it, yet it doesn’t seem like others notice. Or they do notice and let their emotions take over, that’s more like it as that’s how my experience with this was. Now that I’ve been utilizing therapy and treating the mold toxicity in my body my nervous system isn’t as lit up as it was going into this. I wish I could make people understand the depth of this control that is being used on us. Call me a conspiracy theorist it’s okay, I see through the game of manipulation that is being played out in society. It is truly sad what is happening to everyone out there, it’s no wonder so many people are struggling with their mental health.

The key to a good life is still the same, get plenty of sunshine, plenty of rest, eat healthy foods and exercise daily. It seems those commercials and advice that used to remind us of these things have become missing or are no longer used to remind us. Instead we get a prescription drug commercial for 75% of the commercials aired and the other ads are for unhealthy foods.

When I look back over the last decade it’s almost as if I was preparing myself for this year. In the last ten years I have made some small but significant changes in my life, that have made the transition to healing so much easier than if this would have happened 15 years ago. Changing careers was the biggest change I made along with throwing away my television, those two things helped me get outside and exercise.

If I could give anyone advice on where to start with changing their lives I’d literally tell them to start with their shoes. Get rid of the tight fitting shoes, get rid of the arches, get rid of the big squishy soles and get some wide toe box shoes with thin flexible soles. This is a small inexpensive change that will show you how important your feet are to your health in about 30 days. I googled barefoot shoes to find mine, they are cheap and I’ve only bought 3 pairs in the last 18 months at right around $40 a pair. Here is the link to their website if you would like to check them out. https://hobibear.com/

We have a saying in the horse community that states “no hoof, no horse” and it refers the importance of making sure our horses hooves are cared for properly. If our horses can’t walk because their feet hurt we can’t use our horses for their intended purposes nor can they comfortably be a horse, they start compensating and causing issues elsewhere in the body, just like us.

If you need a place to start, start with your feet.

Thank you for reading my stories, it means a lot to me, more than I could express. I hope you have a wonderful day today and I hope you find the strength to be you unapologetically.
